In the UK, the remote working trend is probably the most significant workforce transformational change in the last 50 years. Amazing how the the UK workforce was able to achieve in a few short months, what would ordinarily have taken a decade to achieve.

I love the option of being able to work from home and actually find that I am often much more productive than when I am in the office.
